Try To Reflect

Take a few minutes a day for reflection. Do it in a calm morning, soon after waking. Or at night just before heading to bed. Merenunglah in silence. Do not use the mind to look for different answers. In your reflections are not looking for answers. Simply make friends with the rest then you will get the clarity of mind. The answer comes from your mind is clear. For days you are busy with various things. Realize that your mind needs a break. Not enough just to sleep. You need to sleep in the waking state. Merenunglah and find inner peace.

The mind is like that used soapy water are stirred in a glass. The more soap is mixed with the turbid water. The faster you stir the swirling faster and faster. Pondering the stop mixing. And let the water slowly rotating. Note the soap particles down one by one, touching the bottom of the glass. Really slowly. Without voices. In fact you can hear the soap particles entirely. Now you get clear water left on the surface. Is not that clear water can pass the light. So it is with a clear mind.
